Cancellation & refund policy

Plans change. Here is what you get back, and when.

Refunds by notice - At least 24 hours before your slot: full refund of the amount paid. - At least 6 hours before your slot: 50% refund of the amount paid. - Less than 6 hours before your slot: no refund.

How refunds are paid Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bookings that are not attended without cancelling are not refunded.

If we cancel If we have to cancel your booking (for example because of bad weather or maintenance), AK Turf will offer a new slot or a full refund.

How to cancel Open your booking from your confirmation link or Find my booking. Where online cancellation is available you will see Cancel booking and the exact refund before you confirm; otherwise contact us.
